Five-layer Composite Base Film Process
The CHS Cotton Bale Wrapping Film employs a five-layer co-extrusion technology with Film A (high-strength base film) and Film B (self-adhesive film), combining flexibility and tear resistance. Each roll of film is pre-set with 24 independent bale units, which are connected by high-performance separating glue. Once a single unit is baled, the glue immediately forms a secure seal, ensuring the complete sealing of the cotton bale.
Wide Temperature and Weather Resistance
After more than three years of rigorous testing in various regions (covering different climate zones such as the United States, Brazil, South Africa, Turkey, Australia, and China), the product can be stably used within the temperature range of -15°C to 40°C. Whether in environments with strong sandstorms and high UV radiation or in cold, humid, and rainy climates, it can maintain excellent sealing performance and durability.
Product Specifications and Customization Options
CHS Cotton Wrap Film is suitable for all the cotton picker machines. It is a specific PE packaging film made for John Deere and other company’s cotton picker machines, which enhance the efficiency of cotton harvesting procedures.
Physical Parameters:
Single Roll Length: 2780mm. Each unit is 21 meters long, with Film A being 12 meters and Film B being 9 meters. Weight: 100kg. Each roll contains 24 independent units, and each independent unit is equipped with 4 FRID tags as standard.
Packaging Solutions:
Pallet Loading: 9 rolls per pallet or 12 rolls per pallet. Container Capacity: The maximum loading capacity of a 40HQ container is 252 rolls.
